1 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "888com" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at 888com.lat, operated under PAGCOR regulatory oversight for players in the Philippines.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a Player to access 888com services, denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP).
• "Platform" means the 888com website, mobile-optimized interface, gaming software, and all associated services and features.
• "Games" refers to all casino games, live dealer tables, slot machines, bingo, sabong, sports betting markets, and any other gaming products available through the Platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, reload offer, or other incentive granted by 888com to a Player's Account.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from a Player's 888com Account balance to the Player's designated local payment method.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority overseeing 888com's operations.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer, the identity and document verification process required before certain account actions are permitted.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region other than the Philippines from which access to and use of the Platform is prohibited.

2 Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By registering an Account with 888com, clicking any "I Agree" or equivalent confirmation during the registration process, or by otherwise accessing or using the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement, together with 888com's Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules posted on the Platform.

2.2 This Agreement is effective from the date you complete the 888com registration process and remains in full force until your Account is permanently closed.

2.3 888com reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically.

2.4 If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another individual, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that individual to this Agreement, and that individual meets all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.

3 Eligibility

3.1 To be eligible to register and use the 888com Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of access;
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws applicable to you;
• You are accessing the Platform for your own personal, recreational use and not on behalf of any other person or entity;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of 888com or any of its affiliated companies or gaming software providers;
• You have not previously had an Account terminated by 888com for violation of these Terms;
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction.

3.2 888com reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3.3 888com makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use outside the Philippines. Accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited is done entirely at the Player's own risk.

4 Account Registration

4.1 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the 888com Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 888com reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and forfeit any accumulated bonuses.

4.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid Philippine contact number, and a valid email address. You further agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change.

4.3 KYC Verification. 888com is required to conduct identity verification (KYC) in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to submit government-issued identification documents and any additional documentation reasonably requested by 888com. Common accepted documents include Philippine National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, or UMID card. Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC.

4.4 Account Currency. All 888com Accounts are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). By registering, you acknowledge and accept that all Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, winnings, and bonus amounts are expressed in PHP.

4.5 Registration for Residents Only. By registering, you confirm that you are a resident of or are physically present in the Philippines and that your use of 888com complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you.

5 Account Security

5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 888com Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

5.2 You agree to notify 888com immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized use of your Account or any security breach affecting your Account.

5.3 888com will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security, including but not limited to sharing passwords, using weak or reused passwords, or failing to secure your registered email account.

5.4 888com strongly recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their Accounts and use a unique, strong password not used on any other service.

5.5 888com reserves the right to suspend or lock an Account if suspicious activity, unusual login patterns, or potential security compromises are detected, pending investigation and verification by the Player.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 888com accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved Philippine payment channels, which currently include: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and InstaPay. 888com reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its sole discretion.

6.2 Deposit Minimums. Minimum deposit amounts are specified within the Cashier section of the Platform. Deposits that fall below the published minimum will not be credited and will be returned to the originating payment method.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by 888com within the timeframe specified in the Cashier section, subject to KYC verification being complete and no pending investigations on the Account. 888com typically processes withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days; actual receipt of funds may vary depending on the Player's payment provider.

6.4 Withdrawal Method Matching. 888com applies a same-method withdrawal policy. Funds will be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit, to the extent technically possible. This is a standard anti-money laundering control.

6.5 Currency. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). 888com does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.

6.6 Transaction Limits. 888com may impose minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits per transaction and per calendar period. Current limits are published in the Cashier section and are subject to change.

6.7 Anti-Money Laundering. 888com is required to comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations. 888com reserves the right to delay, suspend, or report any transaction that it reasonably suspects may be connected to money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity. Players must not use the 888com Platform for any purpose related to money laundering or financial crime.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses and promotions offered by 888com are subject to individual eligibility criteria, which are published alongside each specific promotion. 888com reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise specified in a promotion's individual terms, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and the games that contribute to meeting them are specified in each promotion's terms.

7.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses that are not claimed within the published claim window, and bonus balances that are not wagered within the published validity period, will expire and be removed from the Player's Account without further notice.

7.4 Bonus Abuse. 888com prohibits the exploitation of bonuses through systematic strategies designed to take advantage of promotional terms, including but not limited to: matched betting using 888com bonuses, the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, collusion between Players, and any strategy that materially reduces the risk associated with wagering bonus funds. 888com reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is identified.

7.5 One Bonus at a Time. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on a Player's Account at any given time. Depositing while a bonus is active may affect bonus eligibility — Players are advised to review promotion terms before depositing.

7.6 888com reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited and actively being wagered in good faith.

8 Gaming Rules

8.1 Game-Specific Rules. Each game available on the 888com Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and this Agreement, the game-specific rules shall apply with respect to the conduct and outcome of that game, and this Agreement shall apply to all other matters.

8.2 Random Number Generation. All non-live casino games on the 888com Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine outcomes. 888com's RNG systems are independently tested to ensure fairness and randomness.

8.3 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games are conducted in real time by trained human dealers. Results are determined by the physical outcome of the live game (card drawn, roulette ball position, dice result, etc.) and are final.

8.4 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a game malfunction, communication failure, or system error that interrupts a game round before its natural conclusion, 888com reserves the right to void all bets placed in the affected round and return all staked amounts to the Players involved. Malfunctions void all pays and plays.

8.5 Bet Finality. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be amended or cancelled by the Player. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet selections, amounts, and other parameters before confirmation.

8.6 Minimum and Maximum Bets. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on the Platform. These limits are displayed within each game interface and may vary by game, table, and Player tier.

9 Prohibited Conduct

9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 888com Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Registering or using an Account if you are under 21 years of age;
• Registering more than one Account, or using another person's Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC;
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction or using VPN, proxy, or similar technology to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Colluding with other Players or with Platform staff to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanical or electronic means to interact with Games or the Platform in a non-human manner;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or financing of terrorism through the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any Game or Platform component;
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behavior toward 888com staff or other Players;
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your Account or Account balance to any third party;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise derive source code from any 888com software;
• Any other conduct that 888com, in its reasonable discretion, determines to be harmful, unfair, or contrary to the integrity of the Platform.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Suspension by 888com. 888com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or temporarily lock any Account at any time without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) a breach of this Agreement has occurred or is likely to occur; (b) the Account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited purposes; (c) KYC verification is outstanding; or (d) a Player has requested a self-exclusion or cooling-off period.

10.2 Permanent Closure by 888com. Following investigation, 888com may permanently close an Account where a material breach of this Agreement is confirmed. In such cases, 888com reserves the right to void pending bets, forfeit bonus balances, and retain real-money balances where those funds are reasonably believed to be the proceeds of fraud or other prohibited conduct.

10.3 Closure by Player. Players may request closure of their 888com Account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable bonus conditions) will be returned to the Player's verified withdrawal method. Account closure requests for responsible gaming reasons will be processed in accordance with 888com's Responsible Gaming policy.

10.4 Effect of Closure. Upon Account closure, all pending bets that were placed before the closure request will be settled in accordance with normal game rules. Bonuses that are subject to ongoing wagering requirements will be forfeited on closure unless the applicable promotion's specific terms state otherwise.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 888com, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

11.2 888com's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player to their 888com Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 888com does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Players access and use the Platform entirely at their own risk.

11.4 Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude 888com's liability for: (a) death or personal injury resulting from its negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by 888com; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12 Intellectual Property

12.1 All content on the 888com Platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, service marks, graphics, text, images, audio-visual materials, software, and the overall design and arrangement of the Platform, is the exclusive property of 888com or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

12.3 You must not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any 888com intellectual property without the prior written consent of 888com. Unauthorized use of 888com's intellectual property may result in legal action.

13 Privacy

13.1 888com's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by the 888com Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

13.2 888com collects personal data including but not limited to your name, date of birth, address, contact information, payment details, and gaming activity records for the purposes of operating the Platform, fulfilling legal and regulatory obligations, and providing customer support.

13.3 888com may be required to share your personal information with PAGCOR and other regulatory or law enforcement authorities pursuant to applicable Philippine law. Such disclosures will be made in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

14 Responsible Gaming

14.1 888com provides a suite of responsible gaming tools available to all registered Players, including: deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools can be accessed via the Responsible Gaming section of your Account settings.

14.2 Self-Exclusion. Players may request a self-exclusion period of thirty (30) days, ninety (90) days, one (1) year, or permanent exclusion by contacting customer support or activating the self-exclusion option within Account settings. During a self-exclusion period, your Account will be suspended and you will not be permitted to register a new Account. Self-exclusion requests for permanent exclusion are irreversible.

14.3 Age Protection. 888com is fully committed to preventing underage gambling. All Players must be 21 or older in accordance with PAGCOR requirements. 888com employs age verification procedures during registration and KYC, and any Account found to belong to a player under 21 will be closed immediately with any real-money balance returned to the funding source.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

15.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

15.2 888com operates under the oversight of PAGCOR. Any formal dispute regarding the fairness of a game, the integrity of a transaction, or the conduct of 888com that cannot be resolved through the customer support process may be escalated to PAGCOR through its official channels.

15.3 In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to first contact 888com's customer support team at [email protected], providing full details of the complaint. 888com commits to investigating all complaints fairly and responding within ten (10) business days.

15.4 Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

16 Amendments to These Terms

16.1 888com reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. The most current version of the Terms and Conditions will always be available on this page, with the effective date updated accordingly.

16.2 Where 888com makes material changes to this Agreement, it will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to Players via email to the registered address or through a notice posted prominently on the Platform. However, it is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.

16.3 Your continued use of the 888com Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 10.3.
